Student Veteran Scholarship
Scholarship for education
Providing financial assistance by granting educational scholarships to qualified veterans. Scholarship will be provided through donations from donors and also by raising funds through outreach, partnerships, and merchandise sales. While working with university veteran services and our communities we will identify student veterans who are in need of financial assistance.
Qualifications
The Sea Hut Foundation supports undergraduate military service veterans who are pursuing a college education. If a student veteran is unqualified, then this award may be granted to veterans who are studying technology, business, or any other undergraduate degree where the need for assistance is demonstrated. Specifically for the Sea Hut Foundation the “Joel’s Journey” Scholarship, will consist of assisting a qualified veteran each year at several different universities. We strive to establish this scholarship so that several student veterans may have assistance within the same year of application and at several different universities, therefore we are pursuing continuing this award for several generations to come.
Education and support
Types of support will consist of college tuition aid, school supplies, and donated annual memberships to industry related organizations. There are numerous organizations for various industries which help support the success of students, which we will identify and announce.
